Who is SkinPen® microneedling recommended for?

It is safe to use SkinPen® microneedling on all skin types, but patients must be at least 18 years old to perform the procedure.

When will I see results after my Microneedling procedure?

The full effects of the treatment are usually seen between four and six weeks after treatment. The body will be able to produce a good amount of collagen and elastin by taking this time to heal the micro-wounds. Your skin will appear healthier and look younger as a result. *Results may vary from patient to patient.

How long do results from Microneedling last?

Generally, microneedling treatments last between three and five months. In order for the results to last, two factors need to be considered; how long new collagen lasts in your skin and the severity of your skin concern. *Results may vary from patient to patient.

Should I expect any downtime after my SkinPen® microneedling procedure?

Despite some swelling and redness, patients usually experience little downtime after the procedure.
