Please do not come in if you are sick. If you have a cough, fever, or have been around a person that has been confirmed with COVID-19, please cancel your appointment and we will gladly reschedule your visit and waive your cancellation fee. Please note that we will not be able to reschedule your appointment until 14 days have passed and you have a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of your appointment.
Please wear your own mask or face covering to the office and cover both your mouth and nose at all times unless instructed otherwise by our staff. Our staff is exposed and close up to multiple patients per day. Strictly limiting their mask-free interaction time helps minimize their risk. Our staff and their families are very grateful for your understanding.
No guests or children will be allowed at your appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our front desk staff will ask you to compete a COVID-19 liability release which must be signed at each visit. They will take your temperature and ask you to sanitize your hands before entering the office.
You will then be escorted to your treatment room. You may take your mask off while you wait for the nurse to come in and while you numb.
